Windshield ADAS Calibration Services in Mississauga
Ensure your vehicle’s safety features are working as the manufacturer intended. At Auto Glass Tec Mississauga, we provide precision windshield ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration using state-of-the-art technology to keep you and your family safe on the road.
Why ADAS Calibration Matters After Glass Replacement
If your vehicle features forward-facing cameras behind the windshield, replacing the glass changes the camera’s alignment angle. Your ADAS safety systems need accurate calibration to operate features like:
Forward Collision Warning (FCW)
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
Lane Departure Warning & Lane Keep Assist (LDW/LKA)
Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
Blind Spot Monitoring & Traffic Sign Recognition
Even a microscopic shift in the camera’s position during a windshield replacement can cause these systems to miscalculate distances by several feet—putting your vehicle and safety at risk.

Target & Dynamic Calibration
Using specialized calibration targets and computer diagnostic tools, we align your windshield camera with pinpoint accuracy, whether through static shop calibration or dynamic road-test calibration.
Final Post-Scan & Verification
We run a complete secondary system scan to ensure all safety warnings are cleared and operating perfectly.
Static vs. Dynamic Calibration: What Does Your Car Need?
Depending on your vehicle’s make and model, your ADAS system will require one of two calibration methods:
Static Calibration
Conducted in our shop using specialized target boards, laser measuring tools, and precise distance markers.
Dynamic Calibration
Conducted while driving the vehicle at controlled speeds on prescribed road conditions to let the system self-align.
Dual Calibration
Some luxury and newer model vehicles require both static and dynamic procedures for full safety compliance.
We Handle Insurance Claims & Deductibles
Most auto insurance policies cover ADAS calibration as a necessary part of your windshield replacement. We work directly with all major insurance providers in Ontario to handle the claims process smoothly, offering deductible coverage of up to 100%.
